Frank Feigenbaum, MD treats a full spectrum of neurosurgical problems, and our board-certified neurosurgeon keeps current on the newest advances in neurosurgical care including computer-assisted image guided surgery and minimally invasive approaches to surgery.
The physician and staff are committed to providing the highest quality of neurosurgical care. Our neurosurgeon will discuss all available surgical and non-surgical management options in detail, so that patients and their families will be able to understand the potential risks and benefits and make an informed choice.

Meet Our Registered Nurses
Laura Office/Practice Manager
Laura has worked for Dr. Feigenbaum since August 2006. Originally, she worked as an administrative assistant, covering front and back office tasks ranging from billing, insurance, scheduling, transcription, medical records, running clinic, etc.
In 2008, Laura obtained her Bachelor’s degree, and transitioned to Clinical Coordinator, taking on a more clinical role. She would triage patient calls, call in prescriptions, schedule surgeries and outpatient procedures, pre-certifications, coordinate physician and patient calls, address patient issues with surgeon and RNFA, assist in processing physician correspondence, ensure surgeon’s licensure/board certifications were active, and coordinated the Tarlov Cyst outcomes research.
In 2012, she helped establish Dr. Feigenbaum’s solo practice in Dallas and took on an administrative role. As an Office Manager, her responsibilities range from HIPAA compliance, OSHA, Human Resources, auditing, payroll, insurance, billing, appeals, marketing, IT, etc.; you name it, she does it. Laura takes on the business and administrative side so that Dr. Feigenbaum can focus on practicing medicine.
She is passionate about patient satisfaction, finding ways to streamline processes and improve work flow issues, compliance, efficiency, and researching new technology to help the practice.

Sue, MPH Business Development
Sue has over 10 years of Orthopedic/Spine practice management consulting experience. In 2012, she helped establish Dr. Feigenbaum’s Dallas based Neurosurgery practice. She is passionate about increasing healthcare professional education, public awareness and outcomes research around the complex, debilitating conditions that Tarlov (meningeal) cysts create.

Brandi, MA Medical Assistant
Brandi has been a medical assistant since 2010 and has worked with Dr. Feigenbaum since 2013. She has various experience ranging from customer service, patient care, scheduling appointments/surgeries/procedures, answering patient calls, insurance, billing, and much more. Prior to working with Tarlov cyst patients, she worked at an orthopedic surgeon and an internal medicine office. Brandi continues to educate herself; she is in the process of obtaining her nursing license. She is one of the office medical assistants who schedule surgeries and procedures for Dr. Feigenbaum. Brandi's great knowledge of meningeal cysts patients and the inner workings of the office along with her commitment to education exceed patients' expectations and satisfaction.

Peg, MA Medical Assistant
Peg has been a medical assistant for over twenty years and has worked with Dr. Feigenbaum since his move from Kansas City to Texas in 2012. She has various experience ranging from office manager duties, billing, collections, insurance, credentialing, scheduling, troubleshooting patient insurance issues, triaging phone calls, charting, coding, and pre-certifications. Prior to working with Tarlov cyst patients, she worked for a physical therapist practice, orthopedic clinic, foot and ankle specialists, and a general surgeon's office. She is one of the original staff members who helped organize the practice ground up (along with Dr. Feigenbaum, Laura, and Sue)! Her current role as an office medical assistant includes pre-certifications, outpatient scheduling, addressing FMLA and disability paperwork, just to name of few. Peg's great knowledge of Tarlov cyst patients and the inner workings of the office ensure patients receive the necessary care and treatment.
